Here is a simple routine you can do anytime, anywhere. It’s acupressure for your face.
We frequently do this routine in between our qi gong exercises.
You can choose to rub these acupressure points at your desk at work or anytime you feel the need to release tension out of your face.
Rub stomach 1 under the eyes.
Massage bladder 1 between the eyebrows.
Massage along the eyebrows.
Massage in the hollow next to your ears.
Take the palms and massage your forehead.
Cover your ears, beat the heavenly drum by fingers tapping the back of your skull.
