How you think affects your energy level.

If you are chronically fatigued, it may be because you are allowing negative thoughts to rule your mind.

There are times in our lives that are – no way around it – very very challenging. A death, a divorce, loss of a job. Those would be at the top of the stress list, but there are many other things that happen that are just not fun at all.

You may not be able to say honestly, “Gee, this is a great day.”

But if you notice you are in the dregs of negative thinking, you can search for the best possible thought. This may be, “I still live in the greatest country on the face of the earth.” Or, “The sun is shining, the birds are singing, I am enjoying the fresh air.” Or, “I know I am deeply guided by God in my life.”

One way to shift your negative thinking is to shift your negative feeling.

And you can do that by developing and maintaining a go-to happy thought that immediately pulls up positive feelings for you.

For me, all I have to do is think about my dog Belle. Being with her. Petting her. Hugging her. Watching her do just about anything. When I pull up the picture in my mind of my dog Belle, I pull up the kinesthetic memory of what it feels like to be around her – happy, fulfilled, adored, relaxed. And when I pull up her picture in my mind and the happy feelings I have about Belle, the vision and the feelings immediately begin to shift any other negative thoughts that may have been clouding my mind.

It is said that you can’t solve any problem at the same level of consciousness that created it.

Simply by shifting to a higher vibration – the feeling state of joy or as close as you can get to that – you may be able to gain a new perspective on whatever was bothering you.

Develop a happy thought/feeling state/memory of your own that you can pull up at any time to shift your vibration.

We are only subject to what we hold in mind.

Practice holding joyful thoughts in your mind and you will notice yourself feeling much more energized.
