One of the most important ways to use your intuition is to ask your body what it needs.

In my book Unlimited Intuition Now, I talked about the four primary ways your soul communicates with you through claircognizance, clairaudience, clairsentience and clairvoyance.

One of the most important ways to use your intuition is to ask your body what it needs.

In my book Unlimited Intuition Now, I talked about the four primary ways your soul communicates with you through claircognizance, clairaudience, clairsentience and clairvoyance.

As you develop your intuition, you can use these soul gifts to determine what your body needs.

When your body receives what it needs, you can experience unlimited energy and radiant health.

If you are experiencing disease, fatigue or serious illness, more than likely you have overlooked or are unable to determine what your body needs.

There’s a difference between needs and wants.

You may want to go to Paris, but your body may need adequate rest, life-enhancing food and clean water.

As a medical intuitive healer, I use my gifts to tune in and discover natural healing solutions in the following areas:

  • What kind of environment will be most supportive of your overall well-being
  • Optimal nutrition and eating plans to improve your health at this time
  • Which foods have been upsetting your digestive tract and/or other organs
  • Natural healing remedies that support your recovery including vitamins, minerals, herbs, flower essences, homeopathy
  • Supportive therapies that will enhance your recovery
  • Best exercise to support your strength, flexibility, healing and balance to your nervous system

When I do a medical intuitive reading, I put together an optimal health plan that addresses each of these key areas.

I also work over time with clients all over the world to clear their issues on the physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

As you become more attuned to your body, you can practice asking what it needs.

There are four steps to ask your body what it needs:

Step 1. Clear your energy.
Step 2. Get Neutral
Step 3. Ask for Guidance
Step 4. Take Action

Step 1. Clear your energy

Rub your hands together, gathering chi. Pass your hands over your head three times. As you do so, set your intention to clear any energy that you have picked up from your environment or the people around you.

Step 2. Get Neutral.

This is a critical step because if your ego mind or shadow get in the way, you may not be able to receive accurate information. You may be overwhelmed by fear, worry, prejudices or addictive tendencies and not capable of listening clearly to your body’s many cries for what it actually needs. On your left temple, draw a circle and then draw an X through it, setting your intention to set your shadow self out of the way so that you can receive your soul guidance.

Step 3. Ask for Guidance. Before you can use these techniques, you need to learn how to ask questions.

Rub your hands together, gathering chi. Pass your hands over your head three times. As you do so, set your intention to clear any energy that you have picked up from your environment or the people around you.

If you ask, “Can I lie down in the middle of the road?” you will probably receive a different answer than “Is it in my highest best interests to lie down in the middle of the road?” It’s a better idea to ask what is in your highest best interests. As you test for supplements, you can ask what your body needs and calibrate how good a natural healing remedy is for you at any point in time bu calibrating it’s efficacy on a scale of 0 to 10. You may not need a supplement. You can also test to determine how many your body needs.

Ask for Guidance Using a Pendulum.

Hold the end of pendulum. Say “Show me a yes.” The pendulum should swing clockwise.
Say “Show me a no.” The pendulum should swing counterclockwise.

Use Your Body As a Pendulum.

Standing up, say, “Show me a yes.” You should feel a subtle weight shift as your body leans forward. Say, “Show me a no.” You should feel a subtle weight shift backwards.

Muscle Testing with an O Ring.

Bring your left thumb together with your left pointer finger, making an O shape. Put your right thumb and right pointer finger through the O of your left hand, bringing them together. Say out loud, “Show me a YES.” Now pull on the two connecting O shapes. A YES response should stick together. Now say out loud, “Show me a NO.” Now pull on the two connect O shapes. With a NO response, your fingers of your right hand should slip through the O on your left hand.

Pointer Finger.

If you are right handed, put the middle finger of your right hand on top of the pointer finger of your right hand. If you are left handed, put the middle finger of your left hand on top of the pointer finger of your left hand. Say out loud, “Show me a YES.” Keep your pointer finger straight and push your middle finger down on top of the pointer finger. If you receive a YES response, your pointer finger will remain strong. Now say out loud, “Show me a NO.” If you receive a No response, your middle finger will slip off your pointer finger and your pointer finger may bend slightly.

Finger Slide.

This technique is similar to self testing technique two, but slightly different. You are going to use the pointer finger and middle finger of your dominant hand. Cross your middle finger of your dominant hand over your pointer finger, making an X. Say out loud, “Show me a YES.” When you receive a YES response, your X should stick together. Now say out loud, “Show me a NO.” If you receive a NO response, your middle finger will slide off your pointer finger.

Finger Snap

Snap your fingers. Say out loud, “Show me a YES.” With a YES response, the sound of your fingers snapping should stay the same decibel. Now say out loud, “Show me a NO.” With a NO response, the volume of your fingers snapping should drop a few decibels, becoming quieter.

Finger Rub.

If you are right handed, take the thumb and middle finger of your right hand together. If you are left handed, bring the thumb and middle finger of your left hand together. Now rub the pads of your thumb and middle finger together in a circular fashion. Say out loud, “Show me a YES.” When you receive a yes response, you will notice the pads of your fingers continue slipping around. Now say out loud, “Show me a NO.” When you receive a NO response, the pads of your fingers will feel slightly sticky and they will feel like they are sticking together.

Whether you are using a pendulum, using your body as a pendulum, self testing with kinesiology or listening to your inner knowing, you are learning to tune in to your mind, body and spirit. There may be one or two techniques that come most easily to you.

Step 4. Take Action.

Once you have received clear guidance about what your body needs, it’s important to take action. When you do not follow your soul guidance, you shut down your intuition, making it harder to receive clarity in the future.
