At this time in history, many of us are feeling more fears and phobias than ever before.
According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control Household Pulse Survey of Mental Health, roughly one-third of U.S. adults are experiencing anxiety and depression at this time.
What can you do to decrease the level of fear you are experiencing?
Fortunately natural healing has answers.
In this video, I demonstrate the Callahan Technique for clearing phobias and fears.
This is a simple tapping technique you can do anytime, anywhere to decrease the levels of alarm, panic, dread, fright and even terror you may be feeling right now.
Here’s how to do this technique.
Step One. Identify one fear you want to clear.
Step Two. On a scale of 0 to 10, with 0 being none and 10 being as high as it can be, calibrate your number of distress about this issue.
Step Three. Think of your issue while tapping the Stomach 1 acupuncture point on the bone below your eyes. Inhale, exhale and breathe while accessing all eye directions:
Eyes closed looking up
Eyes closed looking down
Eyes closed looking right
Eyes closed looking left
Step Four. Tap Triple Warmer 3 acupuncture point while you think of your issue.
Open your eyes look down to the left
Open your eyes look down to the right
Move your eyes in a circle clockwise
Move your eyes in a circle counter clockwise
Count out loud to 5
Repeat on the other hand.
Step Five. Recalibrate the level of distress you are feeling. Hopefully the number has dropped.
Step Six. Clear psychological reversal.
What is psychological reversal?

Psychological reversal occurs when part of your brain wants one thing – such as to release the angst – and part of your brain wants something else – such as to hold on to the dread.
Tap the Small Intestine 3 points of both hands together while making this statement:
“I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself even though I have (the issue).”
Step Seven. Rub your Kidney 27 acupuncture points. You will find the soft spots under the collar bone. Keep rubbing until these points are no longer tender.
Step Eight. Recalibrate your level of distress around your issue. Hopefully the number has dropped.
You can repeat this technique until you get your level of alarm down to a zero.
If you know kinesiology, I recommend you muscle test whether you need to repeat this technique today or if you need to wait until your mind-body system has processed the healing.

It’s important to understand that we hold emotions in our energy system as well as our organs.
By taking time to clear the charge on your issues you will not only bring yourself inner peace you will also make yourself physically healthier.
