Maxine Taylor is a pioneer in the field of astrology.  In 1968, she became Georgia’s first licensed astrologer.  She then spearheaded the establishment of the Atlanta Board of Astrology Examiners, and in the 1980s, she was CNN’s on-air astrologer.
