Inner Peace Is The Absence Of Inner Conflict

There are certain things in life that nobody can give you other than you.

Excellent health. Happiness. Inner Peace.

These are all inside jobs.

If you want to know whether or not you are actually experiencing inner peace, just look at your environment.

Your home environment is a direct reflection of your own energy.

If you want to know whether or not you are actually experiencing inner peace, just look down at your body.

Your body is a direct reflection of your subconscious mind.

The outside affects the inside. If you want more inner peace, you could start by cleaning up your room, tidying your garden or decluttering. Plant a flower. Sweep a broom.

The outside affects your inside. Take up an exercise program. Throw away your junk food. Give away your fat clothes. Leave only the clothes that make you feel beautiful.

The inside affects your outside. You can choose to be angry, unhappy or unforgiving, or you can choose peace. You can play poor me, complain or blame, or you can choose peace. It’s easy to do the former until you realize what a devastating effect that low consciousness emotions have on your mind, your body and your soul as well as everybody else. Realize that whatever choice you make on the inside, you are having a direct effect on everything and everybody around you.
