When I am too tired to do any other yoga pose, I put my butt against a blank wall and swing my legs up.

This is my go-to yoga pose when the energy to do anything else is not available.

In this pose, my lymph starts circulating.

My blood pressure evens out.

My breath relaxes.

My mind quiets.

I feel like there is nowhere to go, nothing to prove.

The longer I stay in legs against the wall pose, the more my energy regenerates.

I try to stay here at least seven minutes, hopefully 10 minutes if I can allow myself to have the time.

I feel the stress hormones clearing out of my body and when I get up from legs against the wall pose, I frequently feel totally regenerated.
