The Importance Of Sleep
Do you go to bed no later than 10:30 p.m.?
Every minute of sleep before midnight is worth 10 minutes of sleep after midnight.
The physical body repairs between 10 p.m. and 2 p.m.
Mental/emotional regeneration happens between 2 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Some people make the mistake of getting up too early to work out. You will find yourself having more energy, being healthier and happier and finding it easier to stay slim if you give yourself permission to get as much sleep as possible.
