When we look out into the world and see chaos, war and destruction, we may feel anxious, disturbed and uncertain about the future.

As a medical intuitive healer, every day I see how the way you relate to the world around you affects your well being.

You are a soul having a human experience. 

Your spiritual life controls your thoughts and beliefs. When you cultivate peace within yourself, your mind remains strong, centered, confident and happy.

Your core beliefs control your emotions. When you believe the world is a friendly place, you see every man as your friend.

In turn, your emotional process governs the flow of energy in your body. When you resolve your core emotional issues, your energy flows freely, you are full of life and uplift everyone around you just by being you.

Your energy channels dictate the health of your physical body. When you are exhausted, you feel sick. When you cultivate your personal chi, your body can naturally resolve any illness.

All disease first begins in your energy field  – through your spirit, your thoughts, your emotions and your energetic body – and comes into your physical body. 

Illness may happen in an instant through a sudden shock.

Or, as in most cases, the disturbance may occur over time, over years, through your patterns of thinking, feeling, breathing and relating to the world around you. Quite literally you create your own disease or health and the more aware you can be about the energy you create, the more you can manifest a higher level of well being.

You may think you were 5,000 miles away but we all live on planet Earth and the very heart beat of Mother Earth was upset this week.

Scientists measure the heart beat of the earth through something called the Schumann Resonance.

When you choose to be the peace you wish to see in the world, you calm the little corner of the earth you call your own.

You create harmony in your mind, happiness in your family, transmit light to everyone around you.

Choose to see the good in everyone, even people you normally disagree with

Recognize when you are upset and take time to calm down

Count to 10 when you feel angry 

Attend church, synagogue or a mosque


Amaze yourself with the beauty of flowers, they uplift everyone through their natural magnificence

Count your blessings 

Volunteer to help those less fortunate 

Enjoy the companionship of pets, who live in real time, unconcerned about the past or future

Let someone else have the last word 

Listen more, talk less 

Avoid the news 

Sit by an open fire

Ask for guidance from your angels every day 

Pray to be an instrument of God’s peace 

Spend time in silence


Recognize if what you’re saying or doing is upsetting others and stop yourself before you make the situation worse

Realize that peace is possible 

Make being at peace a priority right now
