"Why All Effective Healing Must Address Your Emotions"

“Unexpressed emotions will never die. They are buried alive and will come forth later in uglier ways.” Sigmund Freud

Every healing and every medical intuitive reading I ever do – whether it be to clear your pain, help you overcome money issues, determine why you aren’t losing weight or get to the bottom of why you can’t seem to get healthy – always addresses the emotions behind your issues.

It’s simple to me.

You set a goal:

I COMPLETE THE CYCLE OF EXPERIENCING PAIN IN A HEALTHY WAY

I COMPLETE THE CYCLE OF PARTICIPATING IN THE RECESSION

I ACHIEVE MY IDEAL SIZE IN A HEALTHY EASY WAY

I NOW RELEASE THE PATTERN OF DIS-EASE ON ALL LEVELS IN A HEALTHY WAY.

Then I search for the emotions that have held your pattern in place and discover where you have been holding these emotions in your mind, body and spirit.

Many methods of natural healing are primarily physically based. Physical therapy. Nutrition. Massage. Structural integration. Muscle release work. All wonderful, effective and helpful tools, BUT.

I practice some form of these excellent tools as I have a rather large menu of natural healing methods, but even when I go into the structure realm – the realm of working just on your body – I always find the emotions so that you can release the pattern for good.

Simply put, the reason my work is so effective is that I always work on all five levels – your body, your energy, your emotions, your mind and your soul.

Why is finding the emotions so crucial?

If you don’t clear the emotions at the same time you are releasing your pain and suffering, the energy of those emotions will simply redirect the dysfunction to another area. Even Sigmund Freud recognized this!

Each and every emotion you feel is a specific vibratory pattern. Emotions are so powerful they can shut down literally any physiological process in your body.

This past week, for example, I worked with a client who had major surgery the week before.

She had been given a catheter – a painful medical device that helps you to urinate – but every time the doctors tried to remove it, she was unable to empty her bladder on her own and the doctors had to reinsert the catheter not just once but I believe eight times. This was excruciatingly painful and only added to her suffering.

I used kinesiology and acupressure to reconnect her kidneys, bladder and ureters. Sometimes after major surgery, the organs simply go into shock and forget how to function properly and/or stop communicating well with the other organs in your body.

At the same time, I did a healing with her to clear the emotions that had made it difficult for her to empty her bladder.

Although there are many emotions associated with every organ in your body, the primary emotion behind your bladder is control.

In my client’s case, she had given away control of her life to the man she is now divorcing.

For her organs to work right, she literally had to take back control of her own life – quite literally stop giving her personal power away.

After completing the healing to reconnect her bladder, ureters and kidneys and clearing the long-term pattern of giving her personal power away, my client went to the doctor the very next day. She said the catheter came out easily.

“I was so happy I could have cried,” she said in a message on my phone.

What is healing? Healing happens when you are totally, 100 percent honest with yourself about the emotions behind any disease. Give yourself permission to clear the emotions and notice how your health and well being soars.
